1. Information We Collect

We collect the absolute minimum required to deliver and secure the service:

A. Account & Purchase Data

• Email address
• Payment transaction IDs and last 4 digits of payment method and expiry date if applicable (handled exclusively by Surecart + Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay – we never see or store full card details)
• Chosen subscription plans and orders
• IP address at time of purchase (stored temporarily for fraud prevention only)

B. Login Data

• When using “Login with Google” – we receive only your Google email address and a unique user ID. No access to your Google profile, contacts, or any other data is requested or stored.

C. Analytics & Performance (All Server-Side & Anonymized)

• Conversios.io Server-Side Tagging → Google Analytics 4 + Google Ads
• FluentCRM (self-hosted) – only tracks whether you opened a critical update email or not (no external mailer used)

D. Support & Knowledge Base

• Fluent Support + BetterDocs – any data you voluntarily submit in tickets or searches (e.g., HWID, error logs) is stored encrypted and deleted 90 days after ticket closure.
• Instant Answers (BetterDocs Pro) records search queries anonymously to improve results.

E. Automation & Integrations (OttoKit)

• Only used internally for license activation, subscription renewals. No personal data leaves our infrastructure.

F. Technical & Security

• Cloudflare Enterprise (WAF, DDoS protection, bot mitigation) – sees your IP and basic request headers, nothing else.
• ShortPixel – processes images only during optimization, no personal data involved.
• Object Cache Pro (Redis) & Breeze – purely performance caching, no personal data stored.
• CookieYes – manages cookie consent banner and stores your consent preferences only.

G. Cheat Software Data Collection

Our Counter-Strike 2 software collects only one piece of information from your machine:

• HWID (Hardware ID) – a unique, anonymized fingerprint of your PC hardware

This is collected exclusively for license key binding and activation.

• No usernames, no IP addresses, no personal files, no screenshots, no keylogs, no behavior tracking
• The HWID is hashed and encrypted in transit and at rest

2. Cookies & Tracking

• Functional cookies:
  – SureCart checkout session cookie (expires on browser close)
  – CookieYes consent cookie (stores your preferences, 12 months)
• Security: Cloudflare __cf_bm (bot protection, 30 minutes)
• Google Analytics 4 & Google Ads are 100% server-side via Conversios – no client-side cookies or fingerprinting from us

3. Data Storage & Retention

• All customer data is stored in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany) on encrypted Cloudways servers
• Purchase & license data: kept as long as your account is active + 180 days
• Support tickets & logs: automatically deleted at account closure
• Payment data: handled exclusively by Stripe/PayPal – we store zero full card numbers
• Cookie consent records: 12 months (CookieYes)
• Backups: encrypted, retained 14 days

4. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell, rent, or share your data with anyone except:

• Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Apple, Google) – only what is required to process payment
• Cloudflare – for security and CDN services (IP address only)
• Google (Analytics 4 & Ads) – fully anonymized server-side events only
• Legal obligation – only if required by EU law enforcement with a valid court order

5. Your Rights (GDPR & UK GDPR)
